You know the story, I wanted to lose weight. It was going better and better, but in the beginning I only did cardio training on machines. I was afraid of becoming “to musculair” and I thought that cardio was the only way to achieve my goal. Spoiler alert: not true AT ALL!
I started with weight training and eating a bit better (so no pizza’s and chocolate bars on every break at school). Slowly the kilo’s melted away and clothing started to fit better. I became stronger and instead of becoming masculine I got a more feminine shape (bigger butt, smaller waist).
